National Parks

Mt Gundabooka (500m) lies within the magnificent rust coloured cliffs and gorges of the Gundabooka range - a region with great significance to the Ngiyampa people for ceremonial gatherings and culturally significant rock art.

The National Park is great for hiking and bird-watching and there is a small camping area accessible by car.

A new day-use area, (BBQ’s, toilets and picnic area) has opened at Bennett’s Gorge.
